Unable to Connect Two Extenders to Home Network?

I have a Nextbox WiFi range extender. I configured it successfully and enjoy its WiFi range to the fullest. But, when I try to access the Nextbox extender’s WiFi on my devices, the WiFi signals just drop. So, I decided to add a new extender, not of the same brand but other. So, I opt for Victony WiFi range extender. Now, I want to connect my Victony range extender and Nextbox extender to my home network, but couldn’t. I searched for the same on the internet that “I am unable to connect Nextbox extender and Victony WiFi extender to my home network (router)”. They just suggested to do Victony WiFi extender reset.” On the other hand, they also advised applying the same process on Nextbox extender.
